Spring Gate Apartments is located right off the main road of Panama City. Its surprisingly quiet especially due to the fact the street is getting repaved its entirely quiet no disturbance while i slept. Walmart and a few restaurants are located a mile down the street so that is some convenience. The staff and maintenance crew are extremely friendly and remember your names. They also have their own little holiday gifts they give to the residents. The actual apartments themselves are very comfy to live in. They are good for people moving out of military dorms. They rooms themselves are specious enough to hold 2 people and 2 kids comfortably. The rooms use a floor AC unit like the ones you see in the hotel rooms, they definitely keep the house and rooms cold. You also get a little private patio in front of your apartment for a grill a table and some chairs or whatever you want to fit there. The attic is great for the storage of personal belongings. Dogs are also allowed so that is always a plus, If you walk your dog they have areas where small trash bags are available to pick up your dogs excrement's they are always stocked. Mail is in a mailbox which is easily accessed off the side of the parking lot. There is a laundry room and washer and dryer fittings. The wifi that is serviced in this area is Xfinity which is great. Overall great experience overall.

My stay here has been nothing less than great. They made it very effortless to move in, even earlier than I had expected since I moved from another state. I love it here and when anything happens where I need maintenance they are always here. The property is clean and will maintained. The office staff are friendly and attentive. I'm glad we chose to live here.
